What You Will Do
Lead the implementation of The Sanskriti School’s academic vision and quality standards.
Oversee curriculum planning, assessment frameworks, and extracurricular integration.
Coordinate teacher training, performance reviews, and professional development programs.
Manage student discipline, grievance redressal, and parent engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and local education department guidelines.
Develop annual school calendar, examination schedules, and co-curricular event plans.
Collaborate with the Principal on budget planning, resource allocation, and infrastructure upgrades.
Maintain transparent communication with staff, students, and community stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with minimum 3 years of school leadership experience.
Prior role as Coordinator, Head of Department, or equivalent in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Good to Have:
Experience in The Sanskriti School or similar progressive institutions in Bhopal.
Knowledge of NEP 2020 implementation and modern pedagogical trends.
