Daily Responsibilities

Maintain organized lab resources and safety protocols for student experiments. Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and projects to assess understanding.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update syllabus content to meet curriculum standards while incorporating modern teaching methods. Collaborate with other science teachers to design interdisciplinary projects, such as eco-friendly agriculture initiatives. Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss teaching strategies and student progress. Participate in school events, including science fairs and environmental awareness campaigns.
Periodic Responsibilities
Coordinate with the principal to ensure alignment with Arwachin India School For Holistic Learning’s educational philosophy. Conduct periodic student evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Participate in teacher training workshops focused on innovative botany teaching techniques.
To qualify, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Botany along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of three years of teaching experience in botany or related sciences is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for this role.
