Daily lesson planning, ensuring alignment with the curriculum, is a key part of the routine. Additionally, you’ll monitor student progress through quizzes and homework assignments to identify areas needing extra support.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle involve reviewing and updating teaching materials to incorporate modern pedagogical techniques. You’ll collaborate with other subject teachers to design interdisciplinary projects, ensuring mathematics is integrated meaningfully into broader academic experiences. Bhartiyam Vidyapeeth | Datia values holistic development, so you’ll also participate in school-wide events, such as science fairs or math competitions, to inspire students beyond the classroom. Regular feedback sessions with students and parents will help address concerns and strengthen the learning partnership.
Periodic responsibilities include assessing student performance through written exams, projects, and continuous evaluation. To qualify, a postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in senior secondary mathematics, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred for this role.
