Key Responsibilities
Design and conduct engaging Physical Education classes for classes IX to XII, incorporating games, fitness drills and sports theory.
Organise inter‑school tournaments and intra‑school competitions, ensuring safety standards and fair play.
Assess student performance through practical exams, fitness tests and written assessments, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with senior staff to integrate health and wellness initiatives into the school’s curriculum.
Maintain equipment inventory, schedule usage of playgrounds and indoor facilities, and ensure proper upkeep.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physical Education or related discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET qualification preferred.
Clearance of any statutory teaching eligibility as required by Madhya Pradesh education authorities.
Preferred Skills
Strong command over a variety of sports such as athletics, basketball, volleyball and yoga.
Ability to motivate students and promote a culture of physical fitness.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience in preparing students for state‑level sports meets.
