What You Will Do
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons in Agriculture that align with CBSE and local agricultural practices in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. Incorporate hands-on activities such as soil testing, crop rotation planning, and greenhouse management whenever possible.
Assess student understanding through practical projects, field observations, and written assignments, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation. Provide extra support and revision sessions for students who need it, especially before exams. Encourage participation from shy or hesitant students through group discussions and peer learning.
Integrate digital tools like agricultural simulation software and YouTube documentaries to enhance engagement. Collaborate with other teachers to link Agriculture with Science, Mathematics, and Social Studies where relevant. Organize visits to local farms, agricultural fairs, or government exhibitions to expose students to real-world applications.
