Day-to-Day Duties (curriculum ownership, mentoring junior staff, board results)
As PRT Evs Teacher or potential Head of Department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing the Evs curriculum for classes I-X
- Mentoring junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills
- Conducting regular board exams and assessing student performance
- Developing and maintaining a conducive learning environment
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure integrated learning
- Preparing and implementing assessment plans to measure student progress
- Collaborating with the Vice Principal to plan and implement school policies
- Participating in school-wide events and activities to promote environmental awareness
Eligibility Criteria (B.Ed plus 5 years, NET or SET preferred)
To be eligible for this position, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching Evs at the primary level. A NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
Learning and Development (Vice Principal track, leadership training in Madhya Pradesh)
