Professional Scope
The role involves delivering comprehensive history lessons to middle school students at Sardana International School. As a TGT, you will design and implement curriculum aligned with state guidelines, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills in students. The position demands a blend of subject expertise and classroom management within a dynamic school environment.
Most Important Responsibilities
You will prepare lesson plans, conduct engaging classroom sessions, and assess student progress through assignments and examinations. Maintaining an inclusive learning atmosphere and encouraging student participation are key. Collaboration with senior teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and school events is also expected.
Subject‑Specific Duties
In addition to daily teaching, you will develop resource materials, curate primary source documents, and facilitate history debates and model UN activities. You will organize field trips to local museums and historical sites, providing experiential learning opportunities. Tracking attendance and submitting detailed reports on student performance to the principal will be part of your routine.

Salary
