Day-to-Day Duties
1. Maintain day-to-day financial records including income, expenses, and petty cash.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank accounts for Ramshree Kids School.
3. Handle fee collection, deposit slips, and parent receipts accurately.
4. Process salary payments for staff and verify all deductions as per government norms.
5. Manage vendor payments, utility bills, and miscellaneous expenses on time.
6. Assist in budget preparation and track expenditures against approved limits.
7. Ensure proper filing of GST returns and TDS compliance for the school.
8. Coordinate with auditors during internal or external financial reviews.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in Commerce or related fields with at least two years of ACCOUNTANT experience are eligible. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office, Tally ERP, and basic accounting software. Familiarity with school fee management systems is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
