About This Role
Ramshree Kids School is looking for an Admission Counsellor to guide parents and students through the enrollment process smoothly. The role focuses on building relationships with families in Gwalior and ensuring transparency in admission procedures. A well-organized approach is essential to handle inquiries and maintain records.
What You Will Do
Guide parents visiting Ramshree Kids School by explaining curriculum, facilities, and admission policies clearly.
Handle phone and in-person queries about fee structure, eligibility, and documentation with accuracy.
Coordinate with the school leadership to update admission policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Prepare and distribute admission brochures and forms during school events and community visits.
Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up with interested families regularly.
Assist in organizing open house sessions and orientation programs for new admissions.
Verify submitted documents and ensure all details match school requirements before processing.
Report daily admission activities to the school administrator for tracking progress.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Postgraduate degree with at least two years of experience in school administration or admissions.
Good to Have: Basic knowledge of school admission guidelines and prior work in Gwalior schools.
