The successful candidate will oversee daily music classes, coordinate school performances, and collaborate with arts faculty to ensure high-quality instruction. Qualifications for this role include a postgraduate degree in music or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, while TET/CTET certification is beneficial but not mandatory. Experience in school music programs, particularly in leadership or curriculum development, is preferred.
Strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire students and collaborate with teachers. Proficiency in teaching music theory, instruments, and performance techniques is required.
