Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with Hindi as a teaching subject.
3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification in Hindi.
Experience in NTT or Montessori teaching methods.
Familiarity with CBSE or state board Hindi curriculum.
Preferred Skills
Strong command over Hindi language and grammar.
Ability to create interactive and playful learning experiences.
Patience and creativity in handling young learners.
Basic computer skills for preparing teaching materials.
Familiarity with local Hindi dialects for better student engagement.
