Subject-specific qualifications and expertise
Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or related field with B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies at the senior secondary level. Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns preferred. Prior experience in coaching students for competitive exams is an advantage.
