Your Students

You will be expected to create an inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and supported. Your students will be from the city of Gwalior, and you will be teaching Economics to students in the upper secondary classes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver high-quality Economics lessons that cater to different learning levels and abilities.
2. Create a conducive learning environment that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
3. Use a range of teaching strategies to engage students and meet their diverse needs.
4. Assess student progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly.
5. Provide individualized support to students who require extra help.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement Economics curriculum.
7. Develop and use a range of assessment tools to evaluate student learning.
8. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Economics or a related subject, with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification. A minimum of four years of teaching experience is required, preferably in a school setting. You must also be registered with the state's teacher registration board.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for a teacher who has experience in inclusive pedagogy, patience, and effective communication skills. You should be able to create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to take risks and learn from their mistakes.

You will be paid a salary of Rs.45,000 - Rs.55,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
