Role Summary
The Radiant School is looking for a Physical Education Teacher to oversee sports programs and student fitness initiatives. This role ensures students develop physical skills, teamwork, and discipline through structured activities. Managing sports events and maintaining equipment is part of the position’s broader school operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily physical education sessions for students across grades.
Organize inter-house and inter-school sports competitions at The Radiant School.
Maintain sports equipment inventory and report any shortages or damages.
Coordinate with external coaches for specialized sports training programs.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical activities.
Document student progress and report fitness levels to school authorities.
Collaborate with the administration to schedule sports events and practice sessions.
Promote a culture of sportsmanship and healthy competition among students.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in school sports administration or coaching.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification for administrative roles in school settings.
Good to Have
TET/CTET certification for enhanced credibility in school sports programs.
Experience in organizing district-level sports events in Madhya Pradesh.
Familiarity with CBSE or state board sports curriculum guidelines.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership to motivate students and staff during events.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with parents and officials.
Organizational abilities to manage multiple sports activities simultaneously.

Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
