Role
The position is for a PRT Art And Craft Teacher at Delhi Public World School | Gwalior. The teacher will handle art and craft classes for students in the school’s primary and secondary sections, ensuring creative development and skill building.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging art and craft lessons that align with the school curriculum.
Prepare instructional materials, craft supplies, and project guidelines.
Guide students in creating artworks, encouraging experimentation and critical thinking.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Assess student progress through projects and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art projects across subjects when appropriate.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for teaching positions.
TET or CTET certification is not mandatory but preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in art and craft or related creative disciplines.
Experience in a school setting with exposure to primary and secondary students is desirable.
Salary
Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
