Day-to-Day Duties
As a PRT Hindi Teacher at Neoteric World School, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to different learning levels and styles
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and creativity
- Encouraging students to express themselves in Hindi through various forms of writing, reading, and speaking
- Providing individualized support to students who require extra help
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide events and activities
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Staying updated with the latest teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning
- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development sessions to improve teaching skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification
- TET or CTET certification (not mandatory but preferred)
- 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
