Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach music to students, covering various genres and instruments
- Plan and implement music lessons, utilizing a range of teaching strategies
- Prepare students for music performances and events
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive curriculum
- Conduct music classes for students of different age groups
- Maintain a safe and inclusive music classroom environment
- Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field and a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in music and a strong passion for education.
