- Coordinate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary themes.
- Maintain a safe and well‑equipped laboratory environment.
- Attend faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Engage parents in science fairs and showcase student projects.
Subject‑specific qualifications and expertise
Post‑graduate in a science discipline, B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory. TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Minimum three years of teaching experience in a school setting. Proven ability to simplify complex scientific ideas for middle‑school learners.

Strong communication and demonstration skills. Proficiency in using digital tools and simulation software. Ability to inspire curiosity and guide students toward self‑directed learning. Adaptability to evolving educational standards and assessment methods.
