Job Summary
Delhi Public World School | Gwalior invites applications for a full‑time PRT Social Science Teacher in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves delivering engaging lessons in Social Science to students in a dynamic classroom setting while supporting school initiatives.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct interactive Social Science lessons for grades 6 to 10, ensuring alignment with the state curriculum. Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback. Participate in faculty meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging critical thinking and discussion.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Social Science. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory; TET/CTET is not required. Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and manage classroom dynamics. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
