* Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, goals, and concerns
* Participate in school-wide events, conferences, and workshops, representing Neoteric World School Madhya Pradesh and staying updated on best practices
* Contribute to the development of school policies, procedures, and guidelines related to English language education
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate English language skills across the curriculum
* Stay updated on curriculum developments, educational trends, and pedagogical innovations, applying them to enhance teaching and learning
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in English Literature or related field (M.A., M.Com, M.Sc)
* B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in English
* NET/SET or equivalent qualification preferred
* Strong understanding of English language pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment strategies
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
