Represent the Science department in parent-teacher meetings and academic review forums. Curate resource libraries with locally relevant content to support contextual learning in Madhya Pradesh. Document student progress through consistent assessment tools and share insights with the leadership team. Drive the school’s participation in district-level Science exhibitions and competitions.
What you bring
Postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Minimum three years of classroom teaching experience in TGT Science, preferably in Gwalior or similar urban settings. Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and experience in curriculum development or department coordination is a plus.

Progress from TGT Science Teacher to Senior Science Coordinator within two years at Central Academy School.
