Responsibilities
The teacher will design and deliver comprehensive Chemistry lectures covering physical, organic and inorganic topics, aligning each session with the IIT‑JEE syllabus. Daily classes will include interactive demonstrations, laboratory experiments and regular mock tests to gauge student progress. Preparing detailed study material, question banks and revision notes forms a core part of the role, ensuring learners have access to high‑quality resources. Continuous assessment of student performance, providing timely feedback and personalized coaching to bridge gaps is expected. The teacher will also coordinate with fellow faculty for integrated teaching sessions and contribute to periodic parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student outcomes.
Qualification and experience
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc, M.Pharm or equivalent) and possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of four years of experience teaching Chemistry at the IIT‑JEE level in a school or coaching institute is essential. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a solid understanding of Indian educational standards and prior success in guiding students to top ranks will be valued.
