1. Plan and conduct Hindi lessons for classes XI and XII as per CBSE guidelines.
2. Prepare engaging teaching aids, worksheets and assessments to enhance language skills.
3. Evaluate student performance through periodic tests, projects and oral examinations.
4. Conduct remedial sessions for students needing extra support in Hindi.
5. Coordinate Hindi co‑curricular activities such as debates, essay competitions and cultural programs.
6. Maintain accurate attendance, grade books and progress reports in line with school policies.
7. Participate in departmental meetings, parent‑teacher interactions and professional development workshops.
8. Uphold the standards of Hindi Teacher Recruitment in Madhya Pradesh by fostering a disciplined learning environment.
Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate holds a post‑graduate degree in Hindi along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed and possesses at least 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting. TET/CTET qualification is preferred and will be considered an advantage. A strong command of Hindi literature, grammar and contemporary pedagogy is essential.
Salary and Location
