Key Responsibilities
Create term-wise lesson plans mapped to NCERT with at least two lab activities per chapter.
Conduct daily practicals in the well-lit Biology lab stocked with compound microscopes and preserved specimens.
Design low-cost teaching aids using materials available in Indore markets—think onion bulbs, hibiscus flowers and locally sourced pond water.
Organize quarterly science exhibitions where students present projects on local biodiversity hotspots.
Grade lab records and term-end papers within 48 hours and upload marks in the school ERP.
Attend fortnightly subject-group meetings to review question banks and mock-test papers.
Coordinate with the Sports and Cultural teams to integrate health topics into yoga and assembly talks.
Mentor 15 students as class guardian, tracking their attendance and parent feedback.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Life Sciences or Zoology/Botany with minimum 55% marks.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a NCTE-recognized institution.
