About This Role
Allen Madhya Pradesh Madhya Pradesh integrates smartboards, cloud-based LMS, and Google Classroom across all middle-school classrooms. Teachers here blend live demonstrations with digital simulations to make abstract Physics concepts tangible for students. The Physics lab is equipped with Arduino kits, Vernier sensors, and VR headsets for interactive learning.
How You Will Teach
Daily lessons will be planned on Google Classroom with pre-loaded quizzes and video links from trusted sources like Khan Academy and MIT OpenCourseWare. Smartboards will display animated graphs and real-time data feeds during discussions. Students access interactive simulations on PhET Colorado for homework, which you will review in the next class.
What You Will Do
Create weekly blended lesson plans using the school’s LMS, uploading notes, assignments, and self-assessment quizzes every Sunday night.
Record short concept videos for absent students and share them privately through Google Drive links.
Operate and maintain the classroom’s smartboard, projector, and audio system during every session.
Use Arduino kits to build simple circuits with students, recording measurements via Vernier sensors.
Conduct virtual labs using PhET simulations when physical lab space is unavailable due to maintenance.
Monitor Google Classroom analytics to identify students who need extra help on specific topics.
Collaborate with the ICT team to upload new Physics resources to the school’s digital repository.
Participate in monthly tech training sessions to stay updated on new teaching tools and platforms.
Who Can Apply
Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Four years of full-time Physics teaching experience in a secondary school is required. TET or CTET certification is welcome but not mandatory.
Skills We Value
Fluency in operating smartboards, document cameras, and basic troubleshooting of classroom tech.
Ability to create digital worksheets, animated PPTs, and short explainer videos for students.
Comfort with Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and online assessment tools.
Salary and Benefits
