This role focuses on designing, planning, and executing art and craft activities for students from Nursery to Class 12. The position ensures that students develop fine motor skills, aesthetic appreciation, and cultural awareness through structured projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and organize weekly Art And Craft sessions across all grades.
Source and manage art supplies, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with coordinators to align projects with school events and festivals.
Document student progress through portfolios and progress reports.
Conduct periodic exhibitions to showcase student artwork.
Train and guide support staff in handling materials and assisting students.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during all activities.
Report directly to the Head of Department on program outcomes and challenges.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in Fine Arts, Craft Design, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in school or workshop settings.
Basic understanding of classroom management and student engagement.
Familiarity with age-appropriate art techniques and materials.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership in guiding small teams of support staff.
Clear communication with parents, teachers, and vendors.
Ability to manage budgets for art supplies and events.
Problem-solving attitude in resource allocation and scheduling.
What You Get
Rs.15,000 - Rs.25,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
