Seeking a dedicated Environmental Studies (Evs) teacher for Mount Litera Zee School in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Curriculum development is key—you’ll adapt lesson plans to meet school standards while incorporating Montessori-based teaching methods. Field trips, experiments, and community projects will be part of your teaching approach to make learning experiential. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Evs into cross-curricular activities, fostering a holistic understanding of sustainability.
Engage with parents and school administration to promote environmental awareness beyond the classroom. Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in school events that highlight ecological themes. Your enthusiasm for environmental education will inspire students to take action in their daily lives.
To qualify, hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience in schools is required, though prior experience in Evs is not mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
