Role Summary
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced PGT Geography Teacher to join our team at Delhi Public School, Jabalpur. What You Will Do
1. Teach Geography to students from Class VI to XII.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans and educational materials.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback.
4. Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
5. Develop and implement engaging and interactive teaching methods.
6. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.
8. Participate in school events and activities.
9. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Who Can Apply
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Geography or related subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- At least 4 years of teaching experience as PGT in a school.
- Good understanding of the CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Geography to students from Class VI to XII.
- Knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh State Board curriculum.
- Familiarity with teaching and learning resources such as textbooks, multimedia, and technology.
