PRT Position for Art and Craft at Mount Litera Zee School in Jabalpur
Mount Litera Zee School invites experienced candidates to join as a Primary Teacher (PRT) for the Art and Craft subject. This role focuses on nurturing creative skills in young learners through hands-on projects, visual arts, and craft-based learning. The position requires a passion for engaging students in imaginative and skill-building activities while aligning with the school’s educational philosophy.
The PRT will design and implement engaging lesson plans for students in grades 1 to 5. This includes organizing workshops, craft-making sessions, and art exhibitions to encourage creativity and fine motor skills. Experience in integrating traditional and modern art techniques will be highly valued, especially in fostering cultural appreciation among students.
Collaboration with the art department and cross-subject teachers is essential. The PRT will assist in evaluating student progress through creative assessments, ensuring that projects meet learning objectives. Participation in school events like art festivals and craft fairs will also be part of the role.
A graduate degree in Education with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. While TET/CTET is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Art and Craft, with at least two years of teaching experience, ideally in a school setting. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.18,000 to Rs.32,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
