Key Responsibilities

3. Choreograph simple group dances for annual functions and inter-house events at Delhi Public School, Jabalpur.
4. Assess student progress through informal observations and provide constructive feedback.
5. Maintain discipline and safety during dance practices and performances.
6. Collaborate with music and art teachers to create cross-curricular dance projects.
7. Organize in-house dance competitions and showcase student talent during school assemblies.
8. Keep updated records of attendance, progress, and inventory of dance props and costumes.
9. Participate in staff meetings and parent-teacher interactions to discuss student development.

Required Qualifications

Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in dance, preferably in a school setting
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Willingness to work in a full-time role

Good to Have:
- CTET/TET certification
- Experience with Indian classical or folk dance forms
- Knowledge of child psychology and classroom management
- Participation in state or national-level dance workshops
- Prior experience at Delhi Public School, Jabalpur or similar CBSE-affiliated schools
