Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver lessons to students of classes 6-12
- Prepare and administer tests and exams to assess student progress
- Maintain accurate student records and reports
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and assess student learning
- Supervise students during extracurricular activities and events
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents and school administrators through regular reports and updates
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field (M.A. Hindi)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Valid TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) or CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) certification
Good to Have
- Experience teaching Hindi to students of classes 6-12
- Strong knowledge of Hindi literature and poetry
- Familiarity with online educational resources and tools
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be offered, including medical insurance and retirement plan.
