Job Description
Teaching Science to young minds daily at Angels Planet School in Khalwa, Khandwa
At Angels Planet School, a TGT Science Teacher prepares engaging lesson plans to teach physics, chemistry, and biology to students in grades 9 to 12. Your role involves delivering interactive classes, using experiments and real-world examples to make concepts clear. The school values hands-on learning, so you’ll design experiments and practical sessions that align with the curriculum while keeping students excited about science.
Your daily work includes teaching core subjects like physics (forces, energy, motion), chemistry (chemical reactions, periodic table), and biology (cell structure, genetics). You’ll explain complex theories simply, ensuring students grasp foundational knowledge before moving to advanced topics. The curriculum follows CBSE guidelines, so your lessons must cover all prescribed topics with thorough explanations and visual aids.
Assessment is part of your responsibility, though not heavy grading. You’ll conduct periodic tests, quizzes, and project-based evaluations to check understanding. Feedback sessions with students help identify gaps, and you’ll adjust teaching methods accordingly. For example, if students struggle with chemical equations, you’ll provide step-by-step breakdowns or use digital simulations to reinforce learning.
To qualify, you must hold a graduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is required. While TET/CTET certification isn’t mandatory, it strengthens your application. Your salary will be Rs.16,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, paid monthly, and the role is full-time in Khalwa, Madhya Pradesh. The school environment is supportive, with resources like lab equipment and digital tools to enhance your teaching.
