NTT English Teacher Position at New World School, Morena
New World School in Morena seeks a dedicated NTT (Non-Teaching Staff) English Teacher to join their vibrant team. The teacher will be responsible for:
1. Conducting daily English classes, including grammar, vocabulary, and literature, aligned with the school’s curriculum.
2. Preparing lesson plans, assessments, and teaching aids to enhance student learning outcomes.
3. Engaging students in interactive activities, discussions, and projects to foster communication skills.
4. Assisting in organizing extracurricular events, such as poetry recitals, debates, and cultural fairs.
5. Collaborating with the English department to ensure smooth coordination between teachers and students.
6. Maintaining discipline, motivation, and a positive classroom atmosphere to encourage academic excellence.
7. Keeping records of student progress and reporting to the principal as needed.
8. Participating in school activities, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
For this role, a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. At least two years of teaching experience in English, preferably at the school level, is required. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.14,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, based on qualifications and performance, in Morena, Madhya Pradesh.
