3. Prepare detailed lesson plans and resource materials ahead of time.

What you bring to the table
A postgraduate degree in Chemistry, B.Ed or D.El.Ed, with at least four years of teaching experience. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Proven ability to inspire students and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
