About This Role
Kvs Public School integrates digital labs and smart classrooms to make Science tangible for students. We need a TGT Science Teacher who can blend traditional teaching with interactive technology. Experience with CBSE curriculum and hands-on Science pedagogy is essential.
Teaching Approach
Kvs Public School uses smart boards, Google Classroom, and a school LMS for blended learning. Lessons are designed with simulations and real-time data collection. Teachers create flipped-classroom modules so students explore concepts before coming to class. Regular feedback is given through digital quizzes and concept maps.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare weekly Science lesson plans aligned with CBSE and Kvs Public School’s digital resources. Conduct at least two lab sessions per week using virtual labs alongside physical equipment. Upload assignments and supplementary videos on Google Classroom weekly. Operate smart boards for interactive demonstrations during every Science period. Monitor student progress through the LMS and send weekly performance summaries to parents. Organize Science fairs and quiz competitions using digital tools for registration and scoring. Collaborate with the IT coordinator to troubleshoot classroom technology issues. Attend monthly training sessions on new Science teaching tools.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Science with B.Ed from a recognized university. Minimum four years of Science teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school. D.El.Ed candidates with equivalent experience will be considered. TET/CTET is not mandatory but preferred.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, PhET simulations, and Labster virtual labs. Ability to create simple animated slides and short explainer videos. Comfort with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues in the classroom.
