Job Description
Responsibilities
Teach Art and Craft subjects to students in Royal Heights International School’s Primary Wing, ensuring age-appropriate learning through hands-on activities. Design and implement creative projects that align with the school’s curriculum, fostering imagination and technical skills in students.
Supervise and guide students during craft workshops, ensuring safety and proper execution of materials. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Art and Craft lessons into broader educational themes, making lessons engaging and relevant.
Prepare and maintain well-organized art supplies, tools, and workspaces for classroom use. Observe student progress in Art and Craft and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as the minimum qualification. Possess a Graduate degree in any discipline with a focus on Art and Craft pedagogy preferred.
Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
Salary for the position is Rs.14,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, permanent contract position based in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
