Participate in curriculum development discussions to refine teaching approaches based on student feedback and academic progress.
Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, offering constructive feedback and support where needed. Stay updated on the latest advancements in science education to incorporate new technologies and teaching techniques into lessons. Support extracurricular science activities, such as science fairs, competitions, and club events, to encourage a passion for the subject.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Possess a valid TET or CTET certificate, though not mandatory for this role. Minimum two years of teaching experience in science or related subjects is required. Demonstrated ability to create dynamic and inclusive learning environments is essential.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.19,000 to Rs.38,000 per month, along with opportunities to grow within a supportive educational community.
