NTT Environmental Studies Teacher Position at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, Ratlam
Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar in Ratlam seeks a dedicated NTT Environmental Studies (Evs) Teacher to inspire young minds with hands-on learning in sustainability and eco-conscious practices. The NTT Evs Teacher will design and deliver curriculum-based lessons that blend theory with practical experiments. Daily classroom instruction will cover topics like climate change, biodiversity, waste management, and renewable energy, ensuring alignment with school syllabi and national education standards. You’ll also organize interactive workshops, nature-based learning trips, and community projects to foster environmental awareness among students. Collaborating with the science department, you’ll develop interdisciplinary projects that tie Evs with other subjects like biology and social studies. Field visits to local conservation areas or recycling centers will be part of the teaching strategy to bring real-world relevance to lessons.
To qualify, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree along with a graduate degree in Environmental Studies, Science, or a related field. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in schools, will be highly beneficial. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Your passion for environmental education and ability to inspire students through innovative teaching methods will be key to this role.
This full-time position pays between Rs.16,000 and Rs.30,000 per month, with the opportunity to grow within the institution’s supportive academic environment.
