- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and emergency preparedness drills.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline; B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or equivalent preferred for supervisory roles.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a school environment, with a proven track record of managing sports programs or related extracurricular activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth.
- Familiarity with state and national physical education guidelines is an advantage.
Compensation
Salary ranges from Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The position offers a full‑time commitment within the school’s academic calendar.
