Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Teach Social Science to students as per the school curriculum, ensuring clear understanding of concepts and fostering critical thinking. Prepare lesson plans, conduct classroom instruction, and assess student progress through assignments and tests. Maintain a conducive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in organizing school events and extracurricular activities related to Social Science, such as history fairs or geography projects. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and support school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions. TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum three years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record in delivering Social Science lessons.
Compensation
Rs.20,000 – Rs.40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
