Role Summary
Modern International School, Deori, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh seeks a highly skilled and experienced Academic Supervisor to oversee the academic administration of our school. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the academic quality and standards at Modern International School.
What You Will Do
* Supervise the academic activities of the school, ensuring compliance with the curriculum and educational policies.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of teachers, providing feedback and support to improve their instructional practices.
* Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance the overall academic experience of students.
* Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to resolve academic issues and concerns.
* Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss academic progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Analyze student performance data to identify areas of improvement and recommend interventions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local educational authorities and other stakeholders to promote the school's academic reputation.
* Participate in academic research and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in education.
* Supervise and guide the school's academic teams, including subject heads and departmental leaders.
Required Qualifications
* Graduate degree in any field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in academic administration or leadership.
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is not required but preferred.
* TET or CTET certification is not mandatory but preferred.
* Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
