To qualify for this position, a postgraduate degree in English or a related subject is required, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in English at the secondary level is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a supportive classroom environment are key traits for this role.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 40,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within the school.
