Job Overview
Eknath Khadse Talent School in Muktainagar, Jalgaon, Maharastra requires an experienced PGT Physical Education Teacher to lead and teach Physical Education to students at the senior secondary level. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and coordinate the Physical Education curriculum at the school.

What You Will Do
- Teach Physical Education to students at the senior secondary level, planning and delivering lessons that cater to their diverse needs and abilities.
- Develop and implement the Physical Education curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's academic goals and curriculum framework.
- Coach and guide students for board exams, preparing them for physical education assessments and competitions.
- Organize and conduct Physical Education events and competitions, promoting a culture of sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Education students, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop the overall curriculum, ensuring a holistic approach to education.
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the decision-making process, suggesting improvements to the school's Physical Education program.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Physical Education (or a related field) and a B.Ed degree. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
