Key Responsibilities
Teach As Level Accountancy to students in grades 11 and 12, covering key topics like financial accounting, business finance, and taxation. Prepare engaging lesson plans, assessments, and revision materials tailored to the CBSE syllabus. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support those needing additional academic guidance. Collaborate with the subject coordinator to refine teaching strategies and ensure consistency in exam preparation. Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance, contributing to school-wide reporting.
Qualifications Required
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Accountancy or a related commerce discipline. Experience in teaching Accountancy at the senior secondary level is essential. Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and examination patterns is highly beneficial. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Desired Experience
