As Level English Teacher Position at B.D. Somani International School, Navi Mumbai
Teach Grade 9 and 10 students English as per the CBSE curriculum, ensuring alignment with the school’s academic standards. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methods, including interactive activities, group discussions, and multimedia tools.
Prepare and assess students’ written and oral skills through regular assignments, quizzes, and projects. Maintain a strong focus on grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills while fostering a supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with the English department to refine teaching strategies, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum development. Attend professional development workshops to stay updated on educational trends and assessment techniques.
Engage with parents through regular parent-teacher meetings, providing detailed feedback on student progress and areas for improvement. Ensure classroom management is effective, maintaining discipline while encouraging participation and creativity.
Teach from Rs.45,000 to Rs.70,000 per month in a full-time, permanent capacity. Requires a postgraduate degree in English or a related field, along with at least two years of teaching experience.
