Develop assessment tools, including formative quizzes, assignments, and summative exams, to accurately gauge student understanding. Use assessment data to refine teaching strategies and provide constructive feedback. Maintain comprehensive records of student performance and progress, generating regular reports for parents and senior faculty.
Collaborate with department colleagues to share best practices, contribute to curriculum reviews, and participate in faculty meetings. Support extracurricular Hindi activities such as literary clubs, debates, and cultural events to enhance language immersion.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET, though it is not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to plan lessons, design assessments, and track student progress effectively.
