The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with at least two years of teaching experience in Hindi. A graduate degree in Hindi or related fields is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
