PGT Accountancy Teacher Job in Mumbai City, Maharastra | School Recruitment
This position invites experienced educators to join Akanksha Foundation | Mumbai as a PGT Accountancy Teacher. Candidates will contribute to a dynamic learning environment, fostering financial literacy among students in Mumbai City.
Daily responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons that align with the curriculum.
Assess student work and provide timely feedback to support learning progress.
Maintain accurate attendance records and update class documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching strategies and share best practices.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
Plan and execute unit plans that cover key concepts in Accountancy.
Coordinate with the school administration to organize classroom resources and materials.
Participate in faculty meetings to discuss academic goals and student performance.
Facilitate student participation in class discussions and practical exercises.
Periodic responsibilities
Lead or support interschool competitions and financial literacy workshops.
Prepare and present reports on student achievements for school assemblies.
Contribute to the development of the annual academic calendar and assessment schedules.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. required.
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and location
Competitive salary range of Rs.45,000 – Rs.55,000 per month.
