Incorporate case studies, group projects, and practical simulations to enhance learning outcomes. Align teaching methods with the CBSE curriculum while encouraging critical thinking through modern pedagogies.
Student Engagement and Mentorship
Act as a mentor to students, fostering confidence in their business acumen through one-on-one interactions and group discussions. Organize extracurricular activities like business competitions, guest lectures from industry experts, and workshops to bridge theory with practice.
Assessment and Evaluation
Design and administer assessments, including written exams, projects, and presentations, to evaluate students’ understanding of business concepts. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration with Departments
Work closely with the commerce faculty and administration to ensure smooth implementation of school policies, curriculum updates, and extracurricular programs. Participate in departmental meetings to share teaching strategies and best practices.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for teaching positions at Billabong High International School. Two years of teaching experience, preferably at the high school level, is required. Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and modern teaching methodologies is advantageous.
Compensation and Location
