iTeach NMMC 91 & 120 English Medium Primary and Secondary School
Job Description
At Iteach Nmmc 91 & 120, a PGT Hindi Teacher prepares students for higher education by crafting engaging grammar, literature, and language-arts lessons. Your daily work includes designing syllabus-aligned lessons, teaching classes from Class 9 to 12, and guiding students through critical analysis of classical and contemporary Hindi texts.
The role demands deep subject expertise, blending traditional grammar with modern pedagogies. You’ll develop lesson plans that integrate cultural context, poetic forms, and modern language trends while ensuring alignment with Maharashtra’s curriculum standards. Classroom management includes motivating students who may be transitioning from English to Hindi, ensuring clarity in both spoken and written forms.
Assessment is central—you’ll evaluate students through written exams, oral presentations, and creative writing tasks. Planning involves adapting lessons for diverse learning levels, incorporating multimedia tools, and preparing students for board exams. Your role also includes mentoring students on grammar rules, vocabulary expansion, and essay-writing skills.
To qualify, a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is essential. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or a similar language, is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, experience in state-board curriculum teaching is beneficial.
This position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 70,000 per month, with the opportunity to work in Mumbai City’s dynamic educational environment. The school values experienced educators who can inspire students while maintaining academic rigor.
